- 
		According to Notification No.4837/TB-BHXH of HCM Social insurance, from 01 January 2014, compulsory insurance level is performed as follows:
 
	- 
		Insurance level for social insurance participants is 26% of age, salary. In which, employers contribute 18%, employees contribute 8%.
 
	- 
		Unemployment insurance level is 2% and health insurance is 4,5% still in compliance with the previous guidance.
 
	- 
		Pursuant to Decree No.182/2013/NĐ-CP, from 01 January 2014, minimum wage, salary level for employees who work the most simply, in the most normal condition of enterprises should be applied as follows:
 
	Area I:            2,700,000                    Area II:          2,400,000
	Area III:          2,100,000                    Area IV:         1,900,000
	The lowest salary level payable to employees who have been trained must be 7% higher rate than area minimum wage, salary level.
	Pursuant to Decree No.191/2013/NĐ-CP, from 10 January 2014, trade union fee is 2% of salary fund used to pay social insurance to employees. The company pays union fee each time during each month at the time as paying compulsory insurance to employees.
